"Not on the scale of Takoma Industrial or the Nuka-Cola plant," Ellen says, "but there were a few places west of here that used to be garages and vehicle maintenance shops. Those kinds of buildings were pretty ideal for manufacturing chems- I ran into a ghoul once who was using an old Metro station to make a new version of Jet."
