OOC: organizing for the Castle assault

I'm going to put up a post in Ellen's journal for the assault on the Castle soon, and we'll use it for a slowtime thread until everyone is happy with the crabs killed/historical foo found/big bada boom, whatever. If you've played Fallout 4 recently and remember the details of the Taking Independence quest, great. If not, here's some links to familiarize you with the situation.

Taking Independence is included here mostly so you have an idea of what's involved overall in cleaning the place up. We won't be working with the Minutemen for this trip. Instead, it'll be whoever comes to Ellen's world, plus Ellen herself, four Knights in power armor (two of whom are ranged specialists, two of whom will probably be using chainswords), and three robots, although the robots will primarily be protecting the three Scribes rather than acting as primary participants in the assault. Ellen will be providing ammo and basic body armor if necessary. Also any chems or post-battle medical treatment necessary- if you want your pup to get an idea of what radiation poisoning is like, we can treat that! Or prevent it to some degree, whichever you'd prefer.
